The Kid in Me Sees the Kid in You
Do you feel Lost? Confused? Awkward? Invisible? Do you feel young in a big persons body? Trust us… We ALL do at times!
Have you lost your creative spark and desire to find that passionate place inside of you that cares again?
We all have jagged edges and disowned aspects of our personalities that cause great dis-ease in our lives. Creativity can awaken paths inside our bodies and brains that can make those unknown internal places light up like a flashlight. Insight, intuition, and the ability to connect can cultivate and deepen as we grow these pathways.
We are offering a creative program to start the process of leaning into those protected spaces inside. Through gentle exploration of those tender, wounded places you will re-discover that part of yourself that has been cut off or forgotten.
The Kid in Me workshops are emotion, body, and spirit based and will help you reconnect to your inner wisdom using guided imagery, sand tray miniatures, and art modalities. You will be making a Listening Piece to readily become in touch with your internal self. Together we will go on a journey of self-exploration and growth. We will support and nurture you as you tap into your vulnerability.
Lunch, snacks, and all the materials for the creative projects are included in the tuition price. For our out of town guests a list of local hotels are available upon request.

What an absolute honor it was to share this day with such amazing people! My kid was definitely seen, heard, and cared for. What a gift! It was an experience I will never forget and will always cherish. Thank you, Trish and Grace, for your hearts and utmost dedication. See you at the next one!

I think as adults some of us who have wounds or scars, forget about being kids because of our stories. To some of us they hurt so deep, we want to forget, and never look back. Some of us are still getting pushed down and scraped emotionally. This was and is still today my life! I’m finally ready… Who is my kid? What does she need, so I may start to heal. Grace and Trish have created such a safe, gentle, sacred space. I trusted their lessons, and allowed myself to be completely vulnerable, to share things, be creative, design and decorate, until I found what I needed. I’ve never ever shared with anyone, or had so much love and support around me. May God bless these two beautiful ladies, for beginning my journey to healing.
