Connection and engagement with others is vital to emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. From the moment we are born we seek human connection. Our busy stressful lives, troubled relationships, histories with addictions, eating disorders, depression or anxiety cause us to disconnect from ourselves and those that our most important to us.
When we participate in groups, where we support and hold each others vulnerable needs, our nervous system starts to relax and we learn to trust. As we begin to have deep and meaningful relationships in the group experiences we internalize the participants and we begin to change the way we perceive, experience and relate to others and to the world.
We all need time and a place where we can unwind. A place where we can be ourselves. A place where we can learn about who we are and feel safe to explore our issues. We have developed a program full of creative exercises and art activities, deeply rooted in neuroscience and trauma therapy, to help you uncover your inner self and wisdom.
We are all wired for connection and we seek that from birth, even if it wasn’t consistently available. When we work together in our groups we support each others need to be seen and listened to. Those old attachment wounds are touched and moved to a different place where growth and healing can occur. You’re not alone.
